Meeting Room Rental Application Form

Fill out this form to rent the Carnegie Room or the Carolyn Kneeshaw Board Room.  Please start by reading the Room Rental Policy.

 

  • The Carnegie Room rental fee is $50 per hour, or $20 an hour for non-profit organizations.
  • The Carolyn Kneeshaw Board Room rental fee is $25 per hour, or $10 an hour for non-profit organizations.

*NOTE: The library is open Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. You are responsible for setting up the room. Please give yourself enough time to set up the room to meet your needs and to clean up afterword. We expect the room to be left as you found it.

If yes, please be aware that noise levels must be kept to a minimum and not cause any disruption in the Library.
