The St. Thomas Public Library is governed by the St. Thomas Public Library Board, which provides oversight and guidance to the Library. The Board is appointed by the City of St. Thomas, and consists of eight community volunteers and two City Council Representatives. We welcome any comments or questions you may have about the governance and policies of the St. Thomas Public Library. Comments or questions regarding operations can be forwarded to the CEO, Heather Robinson.

Meetings are held from September to June on the third Wednesday of the month at 4:15 pm, in the Board Room on the Library’s upper level. Meetings are open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
